Reservations

Fill-out the request form to book the apartment. After receiving confirmation for availability, an 80 € deposit is required for each week you wish to book.
This deposit will be deducted from the rent at your arrival.

Print group contract portrays

Security Deposit

A 150 € security deposit is required at your arrival. This deposit will be returned at your departure.

Note: Cleaning and house keeping are not included on the rental price, the apartment must be returned as clean as delivered to the renter.
Cleaning service is available upon request,
at an extra fee.
